Job summary

The Lincoln Center for Family and Youth is looking for a School-based Counselor to join our clinical leadership team in Audubon, PA. The role includes recruiting for school-based mental health positions, onboarding staff, and providing direct supervision to licensed and unlicensed practitioners.

You will oversee documentation, licensure compliance, and promote evidence-based practices while collaborating with supervisors to improve service delivery for children and families.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in counseling or social work required.
  • LPC or LCSW designation required.
