Job summary

American Senior Communities in Kokomo, IN, is seeking a part-time Registered Dietitian to assess residents' nutritional status and collaborate with the clinical team to develop individualized plans of care.

You will interview residents and families, conduct meal observations, and ensure nutrition services meet safety and quality standards. After 90 days, some remote work options may be available, and ACS supports ongoing professional growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain current dietitian registration from the Commission on Dietetics Registration.
• Must hold a current certification and/or license in the state(s) where practicing.

Responsibilities

• Uses clinical knowledge to assess residents’ nutritional status and identify nutrition risks.
• Interviews residents, family members and representatives to gather information for individualized care plans.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary and clinical teams to implement nutrition interventions.
• Performs regular meal observations to ensure appropriate nutrition quantities, types and frequencies.
