Qualifications

• RD/LD credentials required or RD2Be eligibility.
• Entry-level and experienced RDNs welcome.
• Graduating Dietetic Interns – No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide medical nutrition therapy to improve patient health and quality of life.
• Manage nutrition support for specialized needs (tube feeding, dialysis, wounds).
• Monitor residents' nutritional status and interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists and interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide nutrition education to patients, families and staff.
