Job summary

Eagle Ridge Post Acute in Colorado is seeking a Registered Dietitian for a full-time role. You will assess nutritional needs, create and implement dietary care plans, and provide nutritional counseling to residents.

You will monitor food services and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Collaborate with physicians and caregivers to determine diet restrictions, oversee tray accuracy, and support continuous training and growth within a compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dietitian or have completed an approved Bachelor Degree with major in Food and Nutrition and be eligible for the RD Exam.
• Ideally one year of clinical health care experience or completed internship.

Responsibilities

• Assess nutritional needs, diet restrictions and health plans to develop dietary care plans and provide counseling.
• Monitor food services for nutritional, safety, sanitation and quality compliance with state/federal regs.
• Oversee food control systems: temperatures, portions, prep methods, garnishment and presentation.
