Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a highly motivated Clinical Dietitian to join our healthcare team at Jefferson Torresdale Hospital. This role is suitable for a new grad, registration-eligible dietitian or a more experienced dietitian.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment, providing top-notch care to a diverse patient population. The Clinical Dietitian will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients.

Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments, including medical and dietary history, to develop individualized nutrition plans.
2. Provide nutrition education and counseling to patients and their families to support health and disease management.
3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and nurses, to provide holistic patient care.
4. Manage nutrition support, including tube feedings and oral supplementation.
5. Develop and implement nutrition policies and procedures to ensure quality care and compliance with regulations.
6. Stay current with the latest developments in the field of nutrition and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Nutrition/Dietetics from an accredited institution.
2. Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential or ability to obtain within 6 months.
3. Dietitian License in the state of Pennsylvania or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
