HCA Florida Aventura Hospital is currently seeking a Clinical Dietitian PRN to support our nutrition services. The role involves visiting patients, screening and prioritizing care based on acuity, and developing and implementing individualized nutrition plans.
You will assess nutritional needs, coordinate with the nutrition services management team, and evaluate outcomes to ensure optimal patient care. Experience in healthcare nutrition management and licensure are required; ADA Registration or
Qualificações
- Degree in Human Nutrition or related area is required
- One year of healthcare nutrition management experience required
- Licensed Dietitian is required, ADA Registered Dietitian or Commission Dietetic Registration preferred
Responsabilidades
- Visits, screens and prioritizes patient care based on acuity level; affects nutritional care
- Assesses nutritional needs, develops and implements nutritional care
- Evaluates and reports results to management and care teams
- Coordinates activities with department management and other areas
- Serves as a role model for the department
