Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a registered dietitian to join the Benedictine New Brighton - Innsbruck healthcare team in Minnesota. You will assess patients' nutritional needs, implement interventions, and collaborate with the care team to improve quality of life.

Requirements include passing the CDR national exam or eligibility, ongoing CE credits, licensure, and knowledge of regulatory standards. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401k. Salary range $70,000–$75,000.

Qualifications

• Passed a national examination by the CDR or eligible per Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics requirements.
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years.
• Licensed or certified, per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulation standards for comprehensive assessments, care planning, and residents’ rights.
• Ability to teach others about nutrition and dietetics.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients/residents, staff, or consultants.
• Follow the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ standards of practice and facility regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to set up procedures and policies related to dining service and nutrition.
• Actively participate in developing, reviewing, and revising continuous quality improvement programs.
