Job summary

Whitehall of Deerfield is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to deliver nutrition services and medical nutrition therapy in a luxury post-acute setting. You will evaluate residents' nutritional needs, monitor progress, and write dietary orders to support outstanding care outcomes.

Applicants should have a master's degree in Nutrition or related field, an IL Clinical Dietitian license, and ~1 year of RD experience. Excellent communication and cultural sensitivity are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Food and Nutrition, Dietetics, Nutritional Sciences or similar field.
• Valid IL Clinical Dietitian License.
• One year RD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical nutrition therapy and nutrition care planning for residents.
• Evaluate nutritional needs and write dietary orders.
• Counsel residents to meet health goals and adapt plans to cultural needs.
