Job summary
Mosaic Life Care is hiring a Clinical Dietitian (RD) to provide evidence-based nutrition care under leadership, assess nutritional needs, and collaborate with the care team. You will develop and implement care plans, order nutrition interventions in collaboration with providers, monitor outcomes, and educate patients while supporting community events.

Qualifications
- RD credential required; ACEND-accredited program completion or foreign equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred with RD eligibility.
- Licensed dietitian in Missouri required upon hire; Driver's license required.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ nutrition status and document in EMR.
- Develop, monitor, and revise nutrition care plans with interdisciplinary team.
- Provide nutrition education to patients based on needs.
- Create education curricula for patient classes and participate in meetings.
- Supervise dietetic interns and practicum students.
- Participate in quality initiatives and department meetings.
