HCA Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to coordinate patient nutrition care under the supervision of the Director of Food and Nutrition Services at Medical City North Hills in North Richland Hills, TX.

Qualifications

• Commission Dietetic Registration
• Licensed Dietician must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• Bachelors Degree

Responsibilities

• Member of Nutrition Support Team with the pharmacist and physician(s).
• Provide nutritional screenings and assessments of patients.
• Educate the patient on therapeutic diets.
• Inform Aide staff in deciding which patient foods are allowed and disallowed based on the prescribed diet.
• Document the patient’s tolerance, appropriateness, response to nutritional support and make recommendations.
