Job summary
Minnesota Masonic Home is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to join our caring team on a full-time, on-site basis. You will assess and monitor residents' nutritional status, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, oversee dining quality, and maintain electronic dietary records with precision.
The ideal candidate holds an RD credential and a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, with familiarity in regulatory guidelines for clinical nutrition.
Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Dietitian (RD).
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or related field.
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations regarding clinical nutrition.
- Clinical experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Transitional Care (TCU) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assessing & Monitoring residents' nutritional status and progress.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams to share resident information.
- Dining Oversight to maintain quality standards and resident satisfaction.
- Data management by maintaining computerized dietary records with accuracy.
