Qualifications

• Knowledge of evidence-based clinical nutrition guidelines.
• Accurate, concise and detail-oriented work.
• Knowledge of quantity food production and safe food handling techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for documentation and planning.
• Must read, write and speak fluent English.
• Good and regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nutritional care for patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve outcomes.
• Monitor kitchen quality, sanitation, and audits.
• Develop and implement policies related to nutritional care.
• Provide nutrition education to patients, families, and staff.
• Coordinate with Culinary Services to oversee menus and diet orders.
