Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct Patient Care: conducts initial and reassessments on all patients admitted to the hospital.
• Prescribes nutrition therapy to meet estimated needs and monitors tolerance.
• Participates with Interdisciplinary Team meetings to develop, implement, and monitor nutrition care plans.
• Reviews and approves patient menus and substitutions, ensuring nutrition data accuracy.
