Job Summary

Leads the clinical nutrition team through coaching, mentoring, research, continuing education, teaching, and professional development. Supports the team by assessing, planning, implementing, monitoring, evaluating, and educating patients. Collaborates with the department manager to resolve issues, develop goals, train staff, mentor students, and implement quality improvement strategies. Partners with the patient care team to optimize patient care.

Experience & Education Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a clinical dietitian in an acute care setting.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited Clinical Dietetics and Nutrition program.
• Completion of an ACEND approved internship or coordinated undergraduate program.

Skills & Licensure

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (Epic) and nutrition software (CBord) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, organization, and time management skills.
• Current Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Wisconsin State Certified Dietitian licensure required.
