Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for Veterans using the NCP.
• Apply evidence-based nutrition guidelines and whole health principles to care plans.
• Lead and participate in performance improvement activities and initiatives.
• Coordinate with clinical units and food service to enhance patient dining experiences.
• Utilize virtual care technology to improve access to care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in approved systems.
