Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality of nutritional care for hospitalized and ambulatory patients.
• Perform nutritional assessments and make dietary recommendations.
• Provide patient counseling and education.
• Develop nutritional care plans and monitor changes.
• Implement nutrition therapy orders and verify implementation.
• Monitor adherence and tolerance to prescribed nutrition therapy.
• Re-evaluate and update nutrition care regularly.
• Lead the nutrition office planning and direction.
