Bay Area Hospital is looking for a Clinical Dietician to provide essential clinical nutrition support and information to both patients and staff.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Food & Nutrition or Dietetics and must register as a dietitian within one year of hire. The role involves ensuring nutritional needs are met and working collaboratively in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• One (1) year experience in clinical or community nutrition preferred.
• Registered dietitian or eligible for registration- must obtain registration within 1 year.
• Must have or be able to obtain an Oregon Food Handler, Food Manager Certification, or ServSafe Certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical nutrition support to patients and staff.
• Engage in communication regarding patient care when necessary.
