Job summary

Morrison Healthcare at East Georgia Regional Medical Center in Statesboro, GA is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy in an acute care environment. You will cover general med/surg floors with potential ICU coverage, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate is an RDN or eligible, licensed in the state, and new grads are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• RDN or CDR exam eligible.
• Licensed in the state of practice as applicable.
• Healthcare experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Educate patients, families, staff, and the community on nutrition and lifestyle strategies.
• Apply evidence-based practice in alignment with the diet manual and facility protocols.
• Contribute to quality and performance improvement initiatives (QAPI).
• Collaborate with food service management to achieve patient satisfaction and service goals.
• Mentor and develop dietetic staff and interns where applicable.
