Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible.
• Licensed Dietitian in the state of practice, as applicable.
• Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Nutrition Care: Perform nutritional assessments and develop care plans to promote recovery.
• Education: Guide patients, families, staff on nutrition and lifestyle for ongoing wellness.
• Evidence-Based Practice: Apply current research per diet manual and policies to ensure quality care.
• Quality & Performance Improvement: Contribute to QAPI initiatives for better patient outcomes.
• Collaboration: Partner with food service management to meet patient satisfaction goals.
• Mentorship: Support dietetic interns and staff education as applicable.
