Job summary
Morrison Healthcare in Statesboro, GA, is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy in an acute care setting. You will work with a collaborative team to improve patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.
Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive nutritional assessments, developing individualized care plans, educating patients and families, and supporting quality initiatives. New grads are welcome to apply and licensure is expected in Georgia.
Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible.
- Licensed Dietitian in the state of practice as applicable.
- Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Clinical Nutrition Care: Assess patients and develop individualized care plans.
- Education: Guide patients and families on nutrition and lifestyle changes.
- Evidence-Based Practice: Apply current research per diet manual and policies.
- Quality & Performance Improvement: Contribute to QAPI initiatives.
- Collaboration & Service Excellence: Work with food service to achieve patient satisfaction.
- Mentorship & Professional Development: Support dietetic interns and staff as applicable.
