NutraCo is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our team delivering clinical nutrition care in Long Term Care facilities nationwide. You will work within a supportive network of dietitians to assess residents, design individualized meal plans, and ensure high standards of care.

Qualifications include CDR-registered status (or RD eligibility with Verification Statement) and state licensure as required. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or RD eligible with Verification Statement.
• State licensure as required varies by state.
• Strong communication skills and effective teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care focusing on residents' nutritional needs.
• Collaborate with dietitians and clinical teams to deliver personalized nutrition plans.
• Complete clinical assessments and charting in EMR, attend care meetings.
• Conduct meal rounds, sanitation audits, and sign off on dietary menus.
