Job summary

Nebraska Methodist Health System is seeking a Clinical Dietitian for Dunklau Gardens in Fremont, NE. The role provides medical nutrition therapy aligned with AND SOP and SOPP, serving long-term care and acute rehab residents.

You will conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments, develop individualized plans with the care team, and educate patients and families to ensure adherence and positive outcomes. Collaboration with interdisciplinary colleagues is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition required; Master's preferred.
• 1–2 years clinical experience with aging populations preferred.
• RD or RDN eligibility and NE LMNT license required within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutrition assessments in five domains per IDNT.
• Develop and implement nutrition plans with patients and care team.
• Provide nutrition education to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Monitor outcomes and adjust care plans as needed.
• Document PES statements and participate in IDT meetings.
