Job summary

PACE Southeast Michigan is seeking a Registered Dietitian to oversee comprehensive nutrition assessments, provide medical nutrition therapy, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. This role includes developing personalized nutrition plans and monitoring participant outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics and preferably one year of experience with aging adults. Knowledge of CMS guidelines and ACEND accredited programs is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience working with aging adults is preferred.
• Must have completed the registration exam from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Requires annual competency completion.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments according to CMS guidelines.
• Document nutrition diagnostic statements according to PES format.
• Formulate individualized nutrition interventions based on assessments.
