Qualifications

• Completes comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients upon admission.
• Counsels patients on balanced nutrition in 1:1 and group sessions.
• Prepares individualized meal plans considering medical, cultural, age and religious needs.
• Provides weekly nutrition counseling for patients and families as needed.
• Maintains timely documentation and complies with privacy policies.
