Job summary

Allaire Health Services, LLC is seeking a Dietitian to join our team. You will conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments on admission and develop individualized meal plans that address medical, nutritional, age, cultural, religious, and ethical needs.

You will ensure timely documentation and protect patient privacy while monitoring meals and modeling healthy eating for residents. We offer full-time schedules with competitive wages based on experience, generous PTO, health/dental/vision

Qualifications

Performs comprehensive nutritional assessments for new admissions.
Creates individualized meal plans considering medical, nutritional, age, cultural, religious, and ethical needs.
Completes timely documentation and reports in line with policies.
Maintains patient privacy and protects health information.

Responsibilities

Completes a comprehensive nutritional assessment on each patient upon admission.
Prepares individualized meal plans that consider medical, nutritional, age, cultural, religious and ethical concerns.
Completes all required documentation in a timely manner, maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.
Demonstrates accountability for the proper use of patients’ protected health information.
Monitors meals and snacks, modeling healthy eating for patients with disordered eating.
