Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to deliver medical nutrition therapy for individuals recovering from eating disorders. You will educate patients and families, create personalized meal plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

The role offers growth through varied patient ages and levels of care, including IOP components. Ideal candidates have RD/RDN credentials and state licenses, with 0–2 years of RD experience for the entry level, or 2+ years for senior roles.

Qualifications

• Provides medical nutrition therapy to patients with eating disorders by assessing nutritional status
• Provides individualized nutrition counseling and education to patients and families
• Completes documentation of interventions, sessions, and meal plans
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team
• Facilitates experiential groups and meal support activities

Responsibilities

• Assess nutritional status and establish meal plans to improve nutrition
• Counsel patients and families to achieve nutritional goals
• Document interventions and sessions for continuity of care
• Work with treatment teams; attend meetings and rounds
• Support meal and snack activities and group sessions
