Job summary

ERC Pathlight in Austin, TX seeks a Clinical Dietitian to provide medical nutrition therapy to patients recovering from eating disorders, educating patients and families on meal plans and nutritional needs as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree, RD/RDN credential, and state licensure; 0–2 years experience for entry level, or 2+ years for advanced roles. Comprehensive benefits and supportive environment are offered.

• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• Current RD/RDN credential with CDR; state licensure required.
• 0–2 years RD experience for entry level; 2+ years for advanced levels.

Responsibilities

• Provides medical nutrition therapy to patients with eating disorders; develops meal plans and monitors progress.
• Educates patients and families on nutritional needs and treatment goals.
• Documents interventions, sessions, and meal plans accurately.
