Position Overview

The Inpatient Clinical Dietitian, specializing in critical care and parenteral nutrition, will collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to promote wellness, maintain health, and intervene in acute or chronic illnesses using evidence-based practices.

This role focuses on ICU patients and inpatient parenteral nutrition care, working with the critical care team. Responsibilities include assessment and individualized care for a diverse patient population. Work schedules include an 8-hour or 9-hour shift with one day off within an 80-hour pay period.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Knowledge of food science, biochemistry, physiology, management, behavioral, and social sciences as applied to nutrition.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience and CNSC certification.
  • Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • Must be a Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist in Maryland or eligible to apply before hire.
Hours
  • Full-time, 40 hours/week
  • Day shift: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
  • Optional 9-hour shift with one day off per 80-hour pay period
  • Weekend work required
Benefits & Compensation

Our benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401K. Salary ranges from $31.92 to $52.69 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Salary discussions may occur during screening for ranges listed as $0.
