American Senior Communities is seeking a Clinical Dietitian Assistant to support the Registered Dietitian in delivering personalized nutritional plans for residents. You’ll collect health information, monitor weights, and work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure care plans meet nutritional guidelines.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nutrition and dietetics (or pursuing related healthcare studies), with CDM/Practitioner certificates preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Must have an accredited degree in nutrition/dietetics or be actively pursuing a healthcare-related degree.
• CDM with Practitioner Certificate in Nutrition Care or equivalent preferred.

Aufgaben

• Complete and update resident nutritional status under RD supervision.
• Identify nutritional needs and at-risk residents through reviews.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to implement care plans.
• Record resident weights and monitor weight changes.
• Observe meals and verify appropriate nutrition parameters are provided.

Ausbildung
