Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Dietitian Specialist to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy in an acute care setting in Billings, MT. This full-time role offers mentorship, a clear path from Clinical Dietitian to Specialist, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus with relocation assistance if applicable.

The position features a day-shift schedule, limited weekend rotation, and salary ranges aligned with experience.

Competenze

• Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration; must pass exam within 6 months if in registration-eligible status.
• Master’s degree required for new grads after Jan 1, 2024; education verified.
• State licensure or certification required within 6 months of hire.

Mansioni

• Deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) to patients in acute care.
• Apply the Nutrition Care Process to assess and manage nutrition needs.
• Provide advanced nutrition counseling to support behavior change and outcomes.
• Mentor dietetic interns, new grads, and clinical nutrition staff.
• Manage nutrition care across discharge planning and DME ordering; write nutrition orders.

Formazione

Master’s degree in Dietetics or related field

ACEND accredited program (Dietetics Internship/DI or Coordinated Program)

State licensure or certification within 6 months of hire
