TouchPoint in Hoffman Estates, IL, is hiring a Dietitian (Hourly) to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy in an acute care setting. You will work with a collaborative team to improve patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.

Key duties include nutrition assessments, care planning, and patient education for families, staff, and the community. RD/CDR eligibility and state licensure are desired, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible.
• Licensed Dietitian (in-state practice).
• Healthcare experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Make medical nutrition therapy recommendations for inpatients in acute care.
• Provide nutrition education to patients, families, staff, and the community.
• Apply evidence-based practice in line with policies and protocols.
• Support QAPI initiatives and collaborate with food service teams to improve patient care.
• Mentor dietetic interns and staff as applicable.

Connaissances
