The Pavilion at Queens Rehabilitation & Nursing in Flushing, Queens, NY is looking for an enthusiastic Clinical Dietitian to join our interdisciplinary team in a skilled nursing setting. You will meet with new admissions to review dietary options, provide nutrition care, and participate in care plan meetings.

Responsibilities include updating diet orders, ensuring diet modifications are followed, and assessing resident nutrition needs including tube feeding and bariatric considerations.

Qualificações

• Registered Dietitian or RD Eligible required.
• Exceptional interpersonal & organizational skills.
• Knowledge of applicable state and federal guidelines.
• Computer literacy and proficiency with Sigma Care software and Mealtracker systems preferred.
• Long term care experience preferred.

• Monitor Resident meal service to ensure diet modifications are followed.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Clinical Dietitian to join our interdisciplinary team of skilled health care professionals at our skilled nursing facility in Flushing, Queens!

Schedule: 24 hours per week

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Meet with new admissions to review dietary options and preferences.
