This unique role offers the opportunity to work closely withPhysical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, and Diabetes Education professionals, creating a highly collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional patient-centered care. What You'll Do

As a Clinical Dietitian, you will provide comprehensive nutrition services across a broad spectrum of patient populations and clinical conditions. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive nutrition assessments and reassessments
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized nutrition care plans
  • Providing inpatient nutrition consultations and interventions
  • Delivering outpatient medical nutrition therapy and nutrition counseling
  • Educating patients and families on disease management, healthy lifestyle practices, and therapeutic diets
  • Collaborating with physicians, nurses, therapists, diabetes educators, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
  • Documenting assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record
  • Participating in interdisciplinary care planning and quality improvement initiatives

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics/Nutritional Sciences from an accredited college or university required.
  • License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Dietitian required. Registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration required. Positions in Home Care will require a valid Driver’s License to operate a motor vehicle, with vehicle available for work covered by liability insurance as specified by agency policy.
  • Experience: Two years of experience as a Registered Dietitian (RD) conducting nutritional assessments and developing treatment plans for acute care inpatients and/or outpatients preferred.

The pay range for this position is $61,256.00to $82,867.20per year.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
