Job summary

The Clinical Dietitian at Pen Bay Hospital in Rockport, ME, directs nutritional care for patients across assigned clinical areas. You will perform nutritional assessments, develop and implement care plans, educate patients, and collaborate with physicians and the health care team.

Summary:

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics/Nutritional Sciences from an accredited college or university required.
• License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Dietitian required. Registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration required. Positions in Home Care will require a valid Driver’s License to operate a motor vehicle, with vehicle available for work covered by liability insurance as specified by agency policy.
• Experience: Two years of experience as a Registered Dietitian (RD) conducting nutritional assessments and developing treatment plans for acute care inpatients and/or outpatients preferred.

The pay range for this position is $29.45to $39.84 per hour.
