Qualifications

  • Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
  • Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

Pay Rate starts at $33 and will increase based on experience and other factors

***Retention Bonus: $1,500***

Responsibilities:
  1. Assess the nutritional needs of residents and develop individualized meal plans.
  2. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
  3. Monitor and document residents' nutritional status and progress.
  4. Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
  5. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' overall health and well-being.
  6. Provide coverage in multiple buildings based on company needs.
  7. Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
  • Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
  • Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred, but not required).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
  • If multi-site registered dietitian, must have a valid Driver's License.
