• Takes patient meal orders via phone and at the bedside.
• Assists with meal selections while considering cultural and/or religious preferences.
• Monitors patient meal tickets and modifies as needed to comply with diet orders.
• Processes new diets, changes, tube feedings and NPO orders accurately.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
