Atlantic Health is seeking a Dietary Support Specialist to collaborate with nutritionists and healthcare professionals to enhance patient well‑being through tailored dietary plans. You will coordinate meal plans with the care team, take patient meal orders by phone and at the bedside, and assist with menu selections while honoring cultural or religious preferences.

• Coordinates patient's meal plans with healthcare professionals and nutritionists.
• Takes patient meal orders via phone and at the bedside.
• Assists with meal selections while taking into consideration cultural and/or religious preferences.
• Monitors patient meal tickets- this includes reviewing and modifying as needed to comply with prescribed diet order.
• Processes new diets, changes, tube feedings and NPO orders efficiently while keeping accurate records.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
