Job summary

Qualifications

• DT-R–Registered with ACEND is required or eligible.
• Associate's degree from a U.S. regionally accredited college/university is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain nutritionally complete daily menus based on physician orders.
• Enter and manage menu selections in CBORD Diet Order System.
• Monitor patient intake and assist with nutrition assessments using EMR data.
• Educate patients and families about nutrition and prescribed diets.
• Coordinate orders and maintain documentation with food service operations.
• Supervise students as assigned.
