Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient's meal plans with healthcare professionals and nutritionists.
• Take patient meal orders via phone and at bedside.
• Assist with meal selections considering cultural and religious preferences.
• Monitor patient meal tickets and modify to comply with diet orders.
• Process new diets, changes, tube feedings, and NPO orders while keeping accurate records.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
