Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-3 years of prior experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient meal plans with healthcare professionals and nutritionists.
• Take patient meal orders via phone and at the bedside.
• Assist with meal selections considering cultural/religious preferences.
• Monitor patient meal tickets and modify to match prescribed diet orders.
• Process new diets, changes, tube feedings and NPO orders with accurate records.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
