Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Clinical Development Scientist – Parasiticides to lead global clinical programs from early development through regulatory submission. The role focuses on pilot and pivotal studies, TAS endpoints, and adherence to GLP, vGCP, and VICH standards, with collaboration across regulatory, data management, and medical writing teams.

The candidate should hold a DVM or PhD in Animal Science (MS with relevant experience acceptable) and demonstrate strong project management, leadership,

• Education: DVM or PhD in Animal Science or related field preferred; MS with relevant experience considered.
• Advanced degree in addition to DVM desirable.
• Top Skills: Strong project management and organizational capabilities, excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of global clinical programs across pilot and pivotal studies.
• Develop clinical development plans, protocols, and reports with cross-functional partners.
• Oversee efficacy and TAS studies with Clinical Development Sciences, Biostatistics, Regulatory Affairs, and external facilities.
• Ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance; drive process improvements.
