Job summary

Qualifications

• PharmD or PhD with 7+ years of clinical science experience in biotech/pharma or CRO.
• Experience in clinical development and/or translational science is required.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial design, data collection standards, and GCP guidelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Support design and implementation of clinical projects ensuring scientific rigor across programs.
• Develop and maintain clinical development plans integrating preclinical, translational, and clinical data.
• Design clinically rigorous protocols aligned with the development plan.
• Present protocols and study updates to governance committees and leadership.
• Partner with Medical Monitor to oversee study conduct and protocol compliance.
