Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a proactive professional to support clinical trial operations, contributing to planning, execution, and cross-functional collaboration. This global role emphasizes leadership development within a cross-functional team.

You will manage operational deliverables such as supplies planning, specimen tracking, and status reports, while tracking timelines with PM tools and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree +2 years of pharmaceutical or clinical trial PM experience.
• Master’s Degree +1 year in pharmaceutical/clinical development or medical field.
• Degree in life sciences preferred.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong planning and time management.
• Strong understanding of project planning principles.
• Analytical skills to drive operational milestones.
• Problem solving, prioritization, conflict resolution, and critical thinking.
• Solid communication, writing and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to operational planning and execution of clinical trials.
• Develop leadership and technical skills in a global, cross-functional team.
• Apply project management, communication, and collaboration in trial support.
• Manage operational deliverables: supplies planning, specimen tracking, reports, close-out activities.
• Track study timelines using project management tools.
• Interact with stakeholders (study team, vendors, committees) to meet objectives.
