Role: Clinical Development Lead (Sr./Exec. Director level)

Company: Late stage biopharma working in rare disease (immunology)

Salary: Up to $260,000

Overview

I am collaborating with a late-stage biopharma company specialising in the development of rare disease therapies, looking for a seasoned clinical development professional to join their team.

The company is currently in the pre-registration phase, with multiple indications in clinical development and additional targets in the pipeline. They need an expert to take full ownership of the clinical programme for one of its indications.

What you need:

• Significant expertise in Phase 3 clinical trials, including experience with programs nearing regulatory submission.
• Extensive experience in immunology based rare disease clinical trials, particularly with small molecules.
• Thrive in hands-on roles, taking pride in day-to-day responsibilities, and demonstrating a strong sense of ownership throughout the process.
• Highly self-motivated and driven, with a strong character and no ego.
• Proven ability to succeed in small company environments, adept at navigating the challenges of lean organisations and wearing multiple hats.
• Prepared to handle the demands of a high-pressure environment, with 2025 poised to be a pivotal year for the company—requires someone confident and deeply experienced.
• PharmD or PhD in a related field preferred.
