Job summary

Carisk Partners, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Operations Associate to support our dental team within a patient-first, specialty managed care environment.

You will serve as the primary contact for dental offices, adjusters, and nurse case managers, reviewing treatment plans for accuracy and coordinating care for work-injury cases. The role emphasizes collaboration with providers and internal teams, mentorship for newer coordinators, and contributing to timely responses for client requests.

Qualifications

• Dental Assistant or equivalent experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for dental offices, adjusters, and nurse case managers for escalated clinical issues.
• Consult with Adjusters and Nurse Case Managers on Treatment Plans and options with Providers.
• Review all dental treatment plans for accuracy, completion, and relatedness to the work injury.
• Review and respond to requests from clients, providers, or management in a timely manner.
• Provide training and mentorship to newer Care Coordinators, and help support seasoned staff with escalated clinical issues.

Carisk Partners is looking for a Clinical Operations Associate to support our dental team. Carisk Partners is patient-first specialty managed care company for injured workers focusing exclusively on above the neck injuries. Role Responsibilities

• Serves as primary contact for dental offices, adjusters, and nurse case managers for escalated clinical issues
• Consult with Adjusters and Nurse Case Managers on Treatment Plans and options with Providers

• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Abilities

• Extensive dental knowledge with the ability to explain treatment or treatment options
• Ability to work well individually and in a team environment

• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Must be able to multi-task, follow procedures and have active listening skills
• Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Outlook and all MSOffice essentials
