Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage patients respectfully.
• Manage patient data and treatment plan tasks using computer programs.
• Determine dental benefit eligibility and payment estimates.
• Handle treatment paperwork including consent and insurance forms.
• Communicate treatment options and costs to patients.
• Maintain a clean and patient-centric working environment.
• Ensure compliance with regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, etc.).

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

• Greet and engage patients with respect and a smile.
• Use multiple computer programs to manage data and treatment plan tasks related to patient information.
• Determine dental benefit eligibility and payment estimates necessary to facilitate financial arrangements, when applicable.
• Handle all treatment paperwork including consent forms, insurance forms and exit paperwork.
• Communicate clearly and openly with patients about their treatment options and related costs and be prepared to handle objections to proposed treatment.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centric working environment.
• Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook).

Qualifications

You will be required to possess the following:

• One (1) or more years of practical experience, including medical or dental front desk experience and medical or dental insurance verification experience.
• Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
• Commitment to being punctual and reporting to work on time.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Desire and ability to learn new skills and be a team player.
