Novartis seeks a Clinical Study Data Lead based in East Hanover, NJ, with a hybrid work model (12 onsite days per month). You will partner with Clinical Trial Teams to shape end‑to‑end data delivery across multiple trials, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely data readiness for submissions.

As a Clinical Study Data Lead within Clinical Data Operations, Global Clinical Operations, you will serve as a trusted data strategy partner to Clinical Trial Teams and cross-functional stakeholders, bringing clarity, consistency, and accountability to end-to-end clinical data delivery across multiple trials.
This opportunity is well suited for an experienced clinical data management professional with strong operational leadership, sound judgment under pressure, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate brings deep understanding of clinical trial methodology, Good Clinical Practice, data standards, regulatory expectations, and hands‑on trial-level data delivery—typically gained through proven experience in clinical data management within a regulated R&D environment.

The salary for this position is expected to range between $119,700.00 - $222,300.00 Annual
The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors.
Your compensation will include a performance‑based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
