Job summary

Celerion is seeking a detail-focused QC/Data Entry associate in Tempe, AZ. You will review source data and ensure accurate CRF data entry, supporting study setup, conduct, and data cleaning for clinical trials.

Strong time management, multitasking ability, and excellent communication are required, with preference for Medical Terminology training and MS Office proficiency. Eligible candidates must meet high-quality data standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (relevant internal Celerion experience in lieu preferred).
• 1 - 2 years industry experience preferred.
• Previous Quality Control/ Data Entry or related experience preferred.
• Medical Terminology Training preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working in an environment with complex processes and defined criteria.
• Excellent time management skills required.
• Proficient in MS Office applications required.
• Excellent attention to detail skills required.

Responsibilities

• Review study setup documents and ensure QC criteria and timelines are met.
• Perform data entry and verification for Celerion EDCs and sponsor CRFs.
• Archive source documents including CRFs and related files.
• Complete QC/DE milestones in a timely manner.
• Apply standard quality control steps and maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate with auxiliary teams for study setup, conduct, and data cleaning.
