Job summary

Rho is seeking a Clinical Data Manager to partner with a multidisciplinary project team across trial lifecycles. You will design CRFs, support data import and reporting, and help automate tasks to ensure data quality and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes independent data management, risk mitigation, and collaboration with biostatisticians, programmers, and operations to ensure regulator-ready data and TMF readiness.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 2–5 years of clinical data management experience in commercial trials.
• Experience with EDC systems (Rave, Medrio, RedCap, Veeva) and CRF design.
• Ability to review data, reconcile and communicate findings clearly.
• Self-starter able to coordinate multiple activities on several projects.

Responsibilities

• Independently design CRFs and standard documentation.
• Assist with data import setup and report development; support EDC design/testing.
• Lead data review, cleaning, reconciliation, and trend identification.
• Support data acquisition, integrations, and vendor data management workflows.
• Prepare reports, track KPIs, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors.
