Job summary

Rho is seeking a Clinical Data Manager to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the project life cycle to ensure data management is well planned and executed with high quality. You will develop tools to automate tasks, clean data, and identify trends while communicating decisions to sponsors.

The role requires 2–5 years of clinical data management experience, familiarity with EDC systems, and strong analytical and collaborative skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 2-5 years of clinical data management experience
• Experience with clinical trials databases in an EDC system (e.g. Rave, Medrio, RedCap, Veeva)
• Medidata Rave build certification a plus
• Strong data management and data quality focus
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly

Responsibilities

• Design CRFs and documentation
• Assist with data import setup and report development
• Support EDC design/testing and create edit checks
• Lead data review, cleaning, and reconciliation
• Manage data acquisition and vendor data integration
• Execute lock checklist and TMF readiness support
• Apply RBQM and QbD principles
• Coordinate tasks across multiple projects and timelines
• Onboard and mentor new team members
• Attend in-person meetings as required
